Vendors Welcome !!

FYI....Your committee works for gratis without an expense account  and the venues do not receive any payment. We also pay for our own fuel etc. to help the event.

If a vendor chooses to set up they are required to fill out the vendor application which has pricing and rules and submit to: ECRTD / PO box 643 / Rockdale, Texas 76567  or    tradedays2015@outlook.com

We encourage vendors to bring items like antiques, collectibles, food, arts and crafts, farm tools and implements, new clothing, etc. Vendors are also encouraged to consider items relevant to the history of the trail (e.g., aprons, bonnets, quilts, handmade toys, etc.

ALL FEES at all four venues go directly to the ECR Trade Days County wide Committee and the fees’ sole purpose and use is to promote the Trade Days event.  Yes, ALL FEES are plowed back in. Your committee is working for gratis and we don’t have any expense accounts.  Even our fuel is voluntarily and the venue is donated to make this all happen. So by becoming a vendor and/or ECR certified, you are a partner in our building of The Trade days long- term success.

Fees:   This is a two day show, so all applicable fees are for both days, and again, these fees are the same regardless of locations. Vendors can come in as early as November 3rd. We will accommodate you if you come in early to set up but the sale starts on Saturday morning.

$2 of the fees goes directly to the El Camino Real Association to help further advance the trail recognition, which, in turn, will help the trade days event.

Again, please remember that your committee works for gratis without an expense account  and the venues do not receive any payment. We also pay for our own fuel etc. to help the event.     All revenue collected is plowed back in to build the next Trade Days show.

ECR Certification

By becoming ECR certified, you will be recognized and endorsed  by the El Camino Real Trade Days committee as a VENDOR or BUSINESS on the trail. Your information will be listed on the "Interactive ECR certification map (see map here) We highly encourage you to become ECR certified because it does give you additional exposure.

  1. Level 1 certification: $10   Your business name will be listed on the website and interactive map as ECR certified along with contact     information (email and/or phone)

We desire appropriate vendors for the trade days and this certification helps us manage the quality of vendors and gives you additional exposure via the El Camino Real Trade Days website.
